It turns out that a bunch of the TIGR contributors picked up Harry Potter: Hogwarts Battle from USAopoly. In a new feature, TIGR Meet, Cassie, Dan, Jason and Mike all discuss their experience with the cooperative, deck-builder set in the Harry Potter universe.
In episode 46, we take a look at a pick-up-and-deliver game that plays about an hour or slightly under called Isaribi. Isaribi takes place in the Edo period of Japan, and in the game players are taking turns attempting to earn the most money, or Ryo as it known in the game, by fishing and selling their catch in the market along the coast of Tokyo.
Ryan wanted to have a word with game designer, Gil Hova, about his newest game Wordsy. The Wordsy Kickstarter campaign is currently live on Kickstarter and you can play a Twitter-version of the game by sending tweets to Wordsybot. You can also check out Cassie’s video review of the game.
